The next time you go into a Bank or Credit Union do the following and you will be surprised at the results:

1) Wear a balaclava or hoodie up covering the sides of your face and the entire back of your head (like a Muslim female does with their head dress or burqa). Usually they will challenge you to lower it or remove it, but when they demand you remove the covering, state that it is your religious right as a Muslim and you will be shocked at the reaction of the staff. I WAS.

2) Ask the manager if the Bank has adopted the BAIL IN ACT. Tellers usually have no idea what you are talking about but managers will squirm and confirm their bank has. YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE ENOUGH MONEY OUT TO LAST YOU A MONTH OR TWO, IN CASE OF A BANK HOLIDAY HERE.

3) When they start issuing you cash, ask if they will GUARANTEE the currency they are issuing to you that it is NOT counterfeit. You will shake your head in disbelief. I force them to photocopy all the bills they issue me, stamp the copy with a financial institution ID and have the manager sign it. YOU CAN FEEL THE DOMINANCE MY FRIENDS.

Our monetary system is broken and it is only a matter of time before the FIAT currency’s bubbles burst worldwide. Greece’s month long bank holiday two years ago was just a beta test of the “Bail In Act” (it worked so perfectly that the Rothschild International Banking cartel were VERY pleased and spread the Bail In Act like the plague.

CANADA IS ABOUT TO BECOME THE FRONT LINE IN THE RELIGIOUS WARS

Canada is a peaceful country because of the society that created the atmosphere and culture it has.  If you think this you are in denial and are ignoring the reality of the truth.  Sure right now it is one of the best examples of how multiculturalism should work and compassion is a way of life.  This looks good on paper but how long will this last?  Our nation has changed since you were a kid and you know it.  It is not as friendly as it once was and that is sad.  Remember when our parents would leave the front door open or you could pick up hitch-hikers without fear of being killed?  Those days are over my friend and about to get even worse!  The writing is on the wall.

When you think of Sweden you envisage a peaceful country, with peaceful happy people singing ABBA songs.  Yet this is far from the present reality since the increase of migration of Muslims into this northern European nation.  Did the far left political parties become fooled by their dream of equality and a peaceful global society?  Could these leaders be doing this migration because the Muslim agenda is bribing them?  These same entities are financing and weaponizing small terrorist groups once they have gotten into a nation and citizenship?  Did you know that in the previous two years Sweden now has 55 NO GO ZONES?  Do you realize that if a Christian or Jew enteres a No Go Zone, they usually are attacked or even murdered?  Crimes such as murder and rape are rising astronomically and riots are the norm?  Ambulance responders have demanded armoured flak jackets and helmets before entering these Muslim dominant areas since they are routinely attacked when trying to help someone in these once nice suburbs.

Even the Swedish police are not venturing into these Muslim dominated zones because of fear.  Journalists and media representatives are routinely attacked and forced to flee when they try and cover Muslim riots and crimes.  Rape of teenage girls has doubled and murder of non-Muslims is rising.  Is this a coincidence or a result of the doubling of Swedish immigration of Muslims?  Sure, not all are bad, but doesn’t it seem like there are a lot of bad elements within this culture and society?  There seems to be a lot more terrorist attacks in Muslim nations and they have brought this form of evil to Europe with North America next.

In military terms this is called a FIFTH  COLUMN ATTACK.  The tactic is simple, the enemy infiltrates the nation they want to attack prior to actually conducting open conventional war.  When their official military attacks the nation, the Fifth Column groups rise up and assist the attacking force, helping to defeat a nation from the inside.  It is my opinion that we are seeing this happening right now and because of this, I would be deemed having Islamaphobia.  Why is this derogatory term used against someone telling the truth?  It reminds me of the term anti-semitism.  Anyone who says anything not liked by these two cultures/religions is alienated and shunned or incarcerated.  What happened to free speech?  Where is the term  anti-Christian?  Why select a few specific religions and not include all religions?

If you have a community that is peaceful and you allow a new group of people to join your society but they do not have the same values, that will affect the community and change it from within.  If these new people do not have employment, it is common sense that the overall financial well being of the community will be burdened by this increasing  welfare state.  If some of these new people are criminals then it is easy to expect more crime.  Before you dismiss this idea, think about this…

How many Christians are you aware of that have blown themselves up killing innocent people?  Now how about Muslims?  Canada has declared war on Muslim Islamist extremists overseas and our soldiers are doing their best to ensure our nation’s freedom, yet our politicians are undermining this security by allowing some of these types to sneak into Canada by mingling with refugees and legal migrants.  Ask Paris or London how that worked out. Why are our border and immigration officers so underfunded that they are overburdened and do not have the funds to vet new refugees or migrants properly?  Is this by designed?

Are you not concerned for Canada?  Do not be in denial, the signs are visible in Sweden and other western European nations and will be our fate soon enough.  Do not trust our political parties to look out for your safety and security, for it obvious that they have chosen greed and personal advancement over national sovereignty and wellbeing.  Do not believe anything  anyone says but take note of their actions.  This is how evil reveals itself.

Allegedly Vancouver City Hall  is influenced  by communist  China? 

The  CHINA  INVESTMENT  CORPORATION  (C. I. C.) an $ 800 US Billion dollar communist Chinese state owned company is  headquartered and run from Bejing may be colluding with the Mayor and Vancouver  City Hall.  Suspicious surrounds a deal to develop a 35 story deluxe condominium at a premium location in downtown Vancouver.  It is looking more and more like the Chinese communist government has its claws deep in a British Columbian municipal government.  C. I. C. was able to CONvince Vancouver City Hall to rezone and purchase land at a major discounted price and get the go ahead to build their real estate project very quickly.  It is alleged that the Chinese communist government is manipulating Vancouver  City  Hall and Mayor Gregor Robertson!

City of  Vancouver Mayor Gregor  Robertson is a Canadian politician who became the 39th Mayor of Vancouver, British Columbia, and is serving his third term since 2008.  He is a vital Vision Vancouver party member and served as an MLA for Vancouver-Fairview district as a member of the New Democratic Party of British Columbia, from 2005 until he resigned 2008.  Mayor Robertson spearheaded the Vancouver real estate zoning law changes, which had all the rich land developers rejoicing and drewling.   He receives major funding from American sources (which should be a conflict of Interest and is at the least, concerning for the citizens of the lower mainland).  Foreign investment in Canadian politics should be illegal and forced out of every Canadian politician and political party.  Is this not traitorous behavior?

Gregor grew up near San Francisco, after his parents divorced and lived with his father.   His American ties are stronger than Canadians realize and I call for a ban on foreign campaign donations, such as those received by Mayor Robertson.  That’s regarding the funds donated that we are aware of.  Could he have received other forms of compensation?  We may never know what kind of offshore deals have been made to secure the zone change and reduction of the property sales prices by $ 50 Million Cdn.  That is a lot of money taxpayers will not receive any benefit from.

Gregor Robertson was confronted about dealing with a controversial foreign government entity by Christopher Wilson of   THEREBEL.MEDIA, an internet freelance publisher, which is an excellent source of coverage on global shenanigans by Canadian politicians and political parties.  If you haven’t watched any of their YouTube videos – you should start immediately.   The Vancouver Sun claims that Robertson’s critics “suggest city hall has become less participatory and more willing to carry out pro forma consultations where the outcomes are already largely determined by his ideologically driven government. They complain about money, a developer-friendly strategy and an organization that seems to bend to foreign interests.  Robertson responded from the newspaper’s revelations,  “I don’t like the suggestion I am ideologically driven.”   The Vancouver Sun reports “Elected opposition complained that they must file ‘freedom of information’ requests just to get once-routine budget information.”   What is the Vision Vancouver party hiding and why?

In September 2010 on a trip to China, Gregor Robertson was questioned about working too closely with a brutal authoritarian regime, by the CBC to which he responded, “You can question how worthwhile democracy is in a lot of countries right now.”   Upon returning to Canada he later admitted he was guilty of a “poor choice of words”.   It seems he is guilty of more than a poor choice of words but also being influenced by a foreign owned development company.  On September 17, 2009, Mayor Robertson called for adding a toll to the Sea-to-Sky Highway, the primary driving route between Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, and to all major crossings of the Fraser River to help fund Translink.   His tolling strategy combined with the increase of rezoning and foreign real estate involvement in Vancouver, leans towards some heavy handed favoritism not in the best interests of the BC public.

The real estate transaction that Vancouver City Hall  had with several entities of foreign origin, took property originally to be added to the nearby Emery Barnes Park but because of the lack of disclosure from the City on this deal, the New Yaletown Residents Association took the City to the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where the court did rule in their favour, saying that the public hearing process was inadequate.  That is an understatement.  For the Mayor to deny any knowledge of C. I. C. and it’s Chinese communist ownership is highly unlikely and either he is lying or a complete incompetent, either way they are  a frightening state of affairs.

Later, the City hired Ernst and Young, one of the Big Four accounting firms, to do damage control following the court fight with the New Yaletown Residents Association.  Well, $140,000 later, Ernst and Young gave a 76-page report to the city (that’s almost  $2,000 a page of BC tax payer’s money).  This accounting firm acknowledges that the city may provide this report to its advisors, and in the case of this land swap deal, one of those advisors appears to be the China Investment Corporation, the $800 billion sovereign wealth fund of Communist China.  Don’t forget we saw the Chinese flag raised at City Hall last year and it was brushed off as no big deal. Now we see the City of Vancouver working directly with a company that uses their assets to benefit Communist China.  How long until Chinese state influence grows to a point we are no longer able to stop it?

What the hell is the City of Vancouver doing consulting with a sovereign wealth fund, let alone the sovereign wealth fund of a dictatorship as brutal as China’s?   This development has now been named ‘8X On the Park’, and the Chinese language only advertising for these luxury condos are only being marketed to mainland Chinese.  Canadians are being screwed out of park land and yet we don’t see any reaction from the public.  Does that make it our fault that we let deals of this nature sneak through that weakens Canada’s sovereignty and finances?

MUSLIMS ARE USING A FIFTH COLUMN ATTACK TO RULE THE WORLD

CANADIAN REAL ESTATE COLLAPSE IMMINENT

WARNING  CANADA  REAL  ESTATE  BUBBLE  TO POP  2017

If you presently own a house or condo in Canada, you have a smile on your face as large as the potential sales price of your property.   Deep down you wonder when is the time to sell to maximize your profit.  Could that time have been last year?  Most owners of houses and condos in Vancouver and Toronto enjoy over a 30% increase in perceivable value, thanks to hot foreign buyers.  The rest of the Canadian real estate market has not fared as well, and in fact, Alberta’s market has declined so quickly, that even the province’s financial industry has been negatively impacted, due to the reduction of oil prices, which pretty much shut down the oil and gas industry.

Our Canadian real estate boom is mainly due to Chinese buyers speculating in the Vancouver and Toronto areas to hide their money temporarily.  When these Chinese buyers choose to pull their investments back to their home country, this will devastate Canada’s economy.  Well this started to happen in December 2016 after the BC Liberal government enacted two new laws regulating the foreign purchasers of BC residential property and a penalty for owning housing that sit vacant while these foreign speculators wait for higher sales prices.  Every speculator has the same goal – buy low & sell high.  The Vancouver market is flashing red!  These foreign speculators are selling and getting out.  Don’t be the last one to profit, unless you intend to live in your home for the next 20 years the time to sell is now.

Why do people believe that their properties will continue to rise in value for ever?  This insane and deceptive thinking has been proven wrong many times throughout history.  The Japanese and American housing markets were expected to continue to rise in a similar way but unexpectedly crashed.  Why do humans fool themselves to only believe in the positive and reject any negativity?  The Japanese real estate industry dragged their economy down by over 25% and has forced this Asian nation into negative interest rates and an economy on life support for the past 15 years.  In 2008, unexpectedly, the real estate mortgage market collapsed and millions of Americans lost their homes and have yet to recover.  The US banking industry collapsed and required tax payers to bail out the USA financial industry for $700 Billion US.   If the government did not do this, the American economy and dollar would have collapsed and could have brought down the global economy.

The supply and demand of the housing market has inflated as much as it can.   Presently 1 in 10 houses and condos sit empty in Vancouver because speculators are hoping the prices of their properties will rise but are now selling.  Sale signs are on every block and a few real estate agents I know are getting many more listings than buying interest.  Some agents are now working a regular job to earn money due to the lack of buyers in the region.  This is due to theBC  Liberals imposing a 15% tax on foreign buyers which has pushed them out of the BC market.  They then added a penalty for empty residences, which was the strategy for speculators to flip their properties and the main reason rental properties were rare and costing more and more every year.  Another looming fact is Chinese citizens that migrate to Canada must have a net worth of  $1.6 Million Cdn and must invest $800,000 into Canada treasuries.  Mainland Chinese entered into below double digit growth rate for the first time since the global economy started purchasing the majority of it’s products from China.  This slow down is going to cause the pain in Canada!

Before the end of this year, I predict the Vancouver market will bring down the entire BC province’s real estate market, which will then lead to a major retraction of financing by our financial institutions.  This banking fear will be compounded by the increase in interest rates which will increase the financing costs for people.  Canadians presently have a larger household debt ratio than Americans did just before their housing market crashed.  Canada’s debt bubble is now larger than the US debt bubble was in 2007-08.  Canadians are experiencing the largest debt to income ratio in history = 165% to every $100 of income.  Real estate values have risen 115% in the previous 15 years, yet income has risen by only half that.   This is a higher debt ratio than Americans had just before their real estate market died.

Canada is climbing to a record total debt of  $1.8 Trillion due to the reckless spending by the Liberal governments and citizens demanding more benefits than we can afford to provide.  This crisis threatens our Canadian banking system and way of life.  House prices have risen, not because of demand, but due to the low interest rates.  The banks are leveraged so much, that it is inevitable that they will have to pressure our central bank to increase interest rates to create more money for these greedy banksters.  This a planned crisis my friends.

Why should we be different than any other nation’s market adjustment?  Alberta knows what it feels like to lose their energy economy and the immediate impact causing the reduction  of demand, in not only their housing industry, but also every other one province wide.  I personally know a family that owned two major restaurants in Calgary who were forced to sell one and took a major loss because workers fled from Alberta because of the lack of employment.  Job loses across our nation are at record highs and most of the new employment have low paying wages.  Not a good scenario for potential domestic buyers trying to afford to purchase the overpriced  housing glut due to sales from fleeing foreign owners.  Who will get stuck with these hot potatoes?

When you add the illogical continued building of more houses and condo towers to the above mix, this looks bad!  Do you think you can obtain a mortgage of $1,000,000?  A bank manager friend of mine says that financial institutions across our country are pulling back from lending to customers seeking a mortgage without an income of less than $80,000/year.  So if you make less, even if you already own property, our banks are declining people because they are not receiving enough profit from extremely low interest rates and is not worth the risk.  So only the rich qualify and the average Canadian is now expendable.  So don’t keep your head in the sand, it is time to sell.

Nobody in Japan or the USA believed their real estate markets would ever collapse.  Do you feel the same?  You may think my prediction is overly negative but even the Canadian banking regulator warned smaller banks should expect a minimum 20% reduction in the price of property nationwide.  This is a very big bubble and once this bubble bursts, it will cause havoc throughout not only Canada but the entire world.   Even the Chinese government is warning it’s citizens that there is about to be a major correction in the Canadian housing market.  The economic signs are flashing red, better take note!
